De Ridder-partnership wins 1st NPO Pithiviers 4.631 pigeons

Saturday 11 August 2012, with a torturing heat on raceday, these men from Arnemuiden showed their competition for whom the bell tolls. Their pigeons seemingly hit the anvil like a blacksmith, moulding the heat into a fantastic result on this 385 km race from Pithiviers.

The Zealanders released their birds at 7.30 AM and their first bird, NL12-3202266,  timed in on 11.23.40 and defeated 4.630 competitors. It's in the genes of this '266' to win great races, his father being NL06-0700558 'The Beckingen', longdistance acebird in 2009 and winner of a 1st from Beckingen in 2007. He's also sire to the 'Young 72', 3rd Provincial acebird long distance. Mother to the 266 is NL06-0700567 alias 'Kwekertje 567', a marvelous breedinghen.

The partnership De Ridder also made a great series that day, their pigeons fell as if they were chained together, against 4.631 pigeons it was: 1, 28, 65, 151, 189, 201, 278, 349, 396 and so on.
26 birds in the baskets, 16 of them prizewinning, 11 of those were in the first 10%. From this very couple which bred 266 youngsters will be offered in this years auctions on Dreampigeons. Be there.
